HEALTHY SPINE YOGA: 8-Weeks Series for Releasing Chronic Back Pain

Experience the effectiveness of yoga for your back health with our carefully crafted 8-weeks Healthy Spine Series. Each session is 45 minutes and will focus on a particular part of the spine. In this series we will move with the breath to improve muscular function, increase blood circulation and relax our neck, shoulders, back & hip muscles. We will also practice yoga postures that prevent future discomfort & improve the health of our spine by strengthening the abdominals, back and legs.
