WHAT WE OFFER

Breathwork & Meditation: Perfect to destress & declutter the brain! Yogic pranayama (prana means “life force” in Sanskrit) is much more than just deep breathing. Short shallow breaths reach only to the upper lobes of the lungs, creating a stress response that most people don’t even realize. Deep breathing through the nose decreases stress hormones that lead to prolonged activation of the sympathetic nervous system, delivers oxygen into internal organs & tissues, helps lose weight, and boosts immunity. 30 minutes

Yin & Restorative Yoga: The pace of modern life is fast, and even when we get a free moment it can be difficult to relax. Yin & Restorative yoga balance activity with stillness. Long, comfortable, supported poses allow us to create a deeper connection with our bodies, increase flexibility of the connective tissue, and relax the mind. 60-90 minutes

Yoga for Beginners: Regular movement lubricates the joints, strengthens the muscles, oxygenates the blood, improves posture and mood. We will work with you to build a customized program to keep your team healthy & happy. They will become more comfortable in body and mind, and you will achieve even more than you thought possible. 45-60 minutes
